The information desk is on the first floor. As you enter the building, you come through two sets of doors, then plastic checkpoints, and then into a lobby, with the circulation desk on your right and Bert's Cafe on your left. Walk straight, but watch out for the tall display board in the middle of the lobby! Continue walking straight, past the display board, and through another set of doors. Walk straight for another few steps, and you will have reached the information desk.

The desk is in two disconnected parts, both of which are curved in semi-circles. It is wooden, but has a glass top. One part faces the door to the lobby, the other part is right behind it and faces the other way.
