The Pond Room is located just off the main intersection on the first floor. Walk down the main hallway away from the Information Desk and the three doors for Pond Rooms A,B, and C will be on the right hand side. If you reach the Women's Restroom or University Club at the end of the hallway you've gone too far.

The Pond Room can be subdivided into three rooms, Pond Rooms A, B and C.

The full Pond Room can accommodate approximately 50 to 60 people, while each sub-divided room can accommodate approximately 20 people.

The flooring is carpet (it changes from slate tile at the entrance).

The elevators are immediately around the corner from the door for Pond Room A, while the drinking fountain is immediately across the hallway. The Men's Restroom is immediately across the hallway from the door for Pond Room B. The Sophia Jones meeting room is immediately across the hallway from the door for Pond Room C. The University Club entrance is at the end of the hallway.

The Braille room signs are at eye-level height to the right of the doors to Pond Rooms A, B and C.
